GYROKINESIS®
A Gyrokinesis class is a flowing form of yoga that opens, releases and stimulates the spine. Seated on low stools, on the floor and standing, exercises work the entire body mobilizing joints, strengthening the core and stimulating the cardio-vascular system. Movements are synchronized with breathing patterns, so that deep cleansing takes place and energy can flow uninhibited through the body's channels. The result is a movement class that provides a thorough work out, is invigorating, fun and elegant.
