Experiential Yoga Mondays 9-10am ET
Experiential Yoga is the art of listening to your own experience. Instead of trying to match our bodies to some ideal, you are encouraged to listen, feel, and sense. We practice listening in basic (level 1) postures, with room for modifications as needed. In one hour you will emerge feeling connected, stretched, strengthened, and ready for your day.
Ball Class Tuesdays 8:45-9:45am ET
We use a ball for upper body strength, for balance, for myofascial lengthening, as well as core work & stretching. Join us if you need a break from sitting in a chair, feel stiff because you went for a walk/hike (and didn’t stretch after), and want a fun exercise practice in your life!
Intro to GYROKINESIS® Saturdays 9-10:30am ET
GYROKINESIS® is a movement technique that anyone can do. The class organizes stretches into a series of continuous movements that sensitize, energize and strengthen every part of our bodies. Through gentle repetitive movements, our spine, shoulders and lower body are freed from tension and chronic stiffness. This class provides a thorough workout that is invigorating, fun and elegant.
Class cards can be used for any of the above classes:
8 class card= $100 (12.50/class)
4 class card=$60 (15/class)
