Gyrokinesis Pretraining
This is available upon request through out the year. An "intensive" is scheduled every summer, second week in August. Those who complete the requirements of a Pretraining receive a certificate that enables them to participate in a Teacher Training Course. If interested, please contact Michelle via email.
Michelle Marroquin is one of a select group of teachers certified by Juliu Horvath to conduct a Pretraining in Gyrokinesis.
Gyrotonic Pretraining
Be a part of a small group learning all the basic principles and exercises on the Gyrotonic equipment. Participants will learn to stimulate and enhance the flow of energy through the body and learn techniques to lengthen muscles while increasing stamina. Upon completion of the workshop, students receive a Pretraining Certificate that enables them to participate in Level I Teacher Training.

Pilates Intensive
This workshop is designed to strengthen the muscles in the core of the body. We will incorporate new approaches to classic exercises designed by Joseph Pilates.
Exercise with a Ball
If youve always wondered what to do with an exercise ball, this is the workshop for you! You will learn how to use the ball to release tension, elongate the spine, energize the body and strengthen core muscles.
Yoga for Dancers
Dancers will benefit by working "from the inside out"; focusing not on the outer form, but on the internal life of each posture. The goal is to awaken awareness of the flow of energy in the body and to develop healthy self-care habits.
Yoga for Seniors
These classes are perfect for anyone who would rather not get down into the floor or has joint pain in wrists, ankles or knees. Sitting on a chair, exercises revitalize the body, loosen the muscles and joints, and stimulate the spine. Standing exercises help develop better posture, balance and cardio vascular endurance.
Gyrotonic Level II Exercises
Michelle is ceritfied by Juliu Horvath to teach advanced exercises on the Pulley Tower. If you have been practicing Gyrotonic for a significant period of time, challenge yourself with a Level II program!
