Integrating 20+ years of practice as a dancer, yogi and teacher, I invite my students to explore connections between movement, intuitive wisdom and a creative life. A class often begins with inward focus, evolves through a gentle warm up that incorporates Pilates & Gyrokinesis, and culminates with flowing sequences of Level 1 yoga poses. The overall experience is that of a thorough work out and a deep well being that lasts long after the class.
