This Strength Building Class meets TUESDAYS 9-9:45AM. We’ll use free weights to strengthen our arms and learn to work with the breath to strengthen the abdominal wall. You’ll get stronger, more integrated, and feel great about yourself! A recording of the class is made available for 7 days to encourage review or self practice.
This is for you if:
— you have or want to prevent osteopenia/osteoporosis
— you want clear, safe guidance so you do not hurt yourself
— you understand the importance of investing in your long term health
