This is a biweekly strength-building class focused on Abs & Arms, taught every Tuesday & Thursday on Zoom from 9-9:45am. We’ll use free weights for arm strengthening exercises, and delve into our “Core,” learning to work with the breath to strengthen the abdominal wall. You will get stronger, more integrated, and feel great about yourself!
This course includes up to two 15 min private “check-ins” (by appointment) to answer any questions, customize exercises, and make sure you are progressing safely!
