Myofascial Stretch & Strength

We’ll go deep into the body and work with the 3-dimentional network of our fascia. We’ll stretch and strengthen abs & arms, but with a focus on sensation, connection and coordination. You will need a 75cm Exercise Ball and a tennis ball to massage deep into the tight spots. This is a profoundly relaxing practice that will help you sleep.
