Core Workout with a Ball

If you feel tight, sore or cranky, this class is for you! We use a 65-75cm exercise ball to release deeply held tension, lengthen out the body and develop core control. This class meets THURSDAYS 9-9:45AM.
You are entitled to a 15 min Check-In during the month of January to review or customize exercises. Contact me over email to set up.
