I am offering a special 5 week course, THURSDAYS in MARCH from 6:15-7:15PM, that will warm your body from the inside out. Based on trigger point theory and research on the fascial body, we’ll use a small ball and a foam roller to relieve pain and stiffness. We’ll combine that with yoga to integrate, lengthen and sense the transformation in the body. The result is a feeling of warmth, deep release and well being.
This is a small group class limited to the first 6 participants to sign up. (No Drop-Ins) You’ll receive personalized attention to ensure you are using the props correctly for your body. Please bring a 3ft long foam roller (any brand/color/density), a small hard ball (tennis or smaller) and a yoga mat.
