This is a 2-week strength building class focused on Abs and Arms, taught on Zoom from 9-9:45am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. We will review arm strengthening exercises and delve deep into our “Core,” learning to work with the breath to strengthen the abdominal wall “at will.” You will get stronger, increase your confidence, and feel great about yourself!
