This is a weekly strength building class focused on Abs and Arms, taught on Zoom from 9-9:45am every Wednesday morning. We will practice arm strengthening exercises and delve into our “Core,” learning to work with the breath to strengthen the abdominal wall. You will get stronger, more integrated, and feel great about yourself!
