Strong Women: Abs & Arms

This is a 3-week strength building class focused on Abs and Arms, taught on Zoom from 9-9:45am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. We’ll use small hand weights and a mat, that’s all. Core strength is the heart of a strong and agile body that allows us to do all the things we love: hike, bike, dance, play! You name it. Join me and in three weeks your waistline will narrow, you’ll be confident in your activities, and feel great about yourself!
This is for you if:
— you do not have a routine for your arms or core
— you want clear, safe guidance so you do not hurt yourself
— you understand the importance of investing in your health
— you want to have fun working out!
