Yoga for Strength

We will practice an invigorating Yoga class with a focus on abdominal, back and arm strength. Class time is 9-10am every THURSDAY MORNING from March 10- 31. You are entitled to a 15 min Check-In during this month to ask questions or request modifications. Contact me over email to set up.
