    I did t his class live and am now working with the video. I so appreciate how Michelle gets us to slowly wake up the body (I would not do this on my own!) and then moves us into more and more challenge. I have been doing these classes for awhile now and feel the difference. I am going to be working with this video through January to keep up my progress.

    I love Michelle’s Abs & Arms classes. The perfect mix of core work (not my strength, but I’m changing!) and upper body strength training. The class moves right along and when I find my mind wandering, Michelle pulls me back in with her insights or a new movement or even the music! Working with the same teacher long term is so helpful for deeper understanding and getting down to work. These are great classes for beginners to advanced home work-out.
