Strengthening the Arms & Legs, May 2024

This four week course will focus on ankle, knee and hip health to achieve lower body strength and balance. The second half of the class will use free weights to safely enhance arm and shoulder strength, getting you ready for hiking, biking and kayaking season!

When: May 3, 10, 17 & 31 Fridays 8-8:45am ET via Zoom

The fee includes all 4 classes, a recording of each class, and discounted private sessions during the month of May. If you have never taken a course with me, a private session is a prerequisite. Contact me by April 26 to set up an appointment. Regular fee for 1 hour private training session = $90 Participants pay $75

You’ll need a set of low weights (2-3lbs) & high weights (5-8lbs), a chair with no armrests, and a yoga mat.

Strong Women Courses are a series of personalized, small group classes limited to the first 10 people to sign up.
