Experiential Yoga Group
Mondays 6-7:15pm EST
We begin by connecting to ourselves. Instead of matching our body to some ideal, we listen, feel, and sense our bodies in basic level postures. We emerge feeling whole, fully stretched and deeply relaxed.
This movement class includes a directed self-massage, breath work, spinal flexibility exercises, standing balance work, and core strengthening. This class provides a thorough workout that is invigorating, fun and elegant.
Exercise with a Ball
Tuesdays 8:45-9:45am EST
We use a ball for upper body strength, balance, myofascial lengthening, as well as core work. Join us if you need a break from sitting in a chair, feel stiff because you went for a walk/hike (and didn’t stretch after), and want a fun exercise practice in your life!
$75-$100 depending on frequency
Class Cards can be used for any of these classes:
8 class card= $100 (12.50/class)
4 class card=$60 (15/class)
6 month expiration date.

I’ve been teaching group and private sessions for many years, drawing from my experience as a dancer and alternative fitness practitioner. I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, a registered yoga instructor, and have certifications in Pilates, Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis, Thai Yoga Bodywork & Reiki.
