Gyrokinesis March Series

Virtual Event

Gyrokinesis involves flowing movements that sensitize, energize and strengthen every part of the body. The spine, shoulders and lower body are freed from tension and chronic stiffness. All you need is a stool (or chair) and a mat. You will get a thorough workout that is invigorating, fun and elegant.
