We greet the splendor of Early Summer practicing Gyrokinesis Outdoors. We'll meet at 17 Dragon Circle to perform our seated flowing movements that sensitize and energize every part of the body. This dancey workout is invigorating, fun, and elegant. In case of Rain, we'll meet 1 hour earlier (9-10:30) over Zoom.
We begin by connecting to ourselves. Instead of matching our body to some ideal, we listen, feel, and sense our way through basic level postures. We emerge feeling whole, fully stretched and deeply relaxed.
