We greet the splendor of Early Summer practicing Gyrokinesis Outdoors. We'll meet at 17 Dragon Circle to perform our seated flowing movements that sensitize and energize every part of the body. This dancey workout is invigorating, fun, and elegant. In case of Rain, we'll meet 1 hour earlier (9-10:30) over Zoom.

We'll go deep into the body and work with the 3-dimentional network of our fascia. We'll stretch and strengthen abs & arms, but with a focus on sensation, connection and coordination.
